Fermented foods: Kombucha (drink one bottle daily), natural yoghurt, Probio 15 (2 caps each day)
No artificial food: if it's not natural, don't keep it in your cupboard. Simples
Fasting: Since I started to do this frequently, I've felt lighter and more youthful. It's not a fad, it's science man & I'm a big advocate of frequent intermittent fasting
