Restoring and maintaining healthy gut flora is imperative in order to optimise food digestion and overall gut function. More people than ever are suffering with gut issues which often come from an imbalance in bacteria.
Did you know your gut microbiota, the delicate balance of microbes that live in your entire gastrointestinal tract have a major impact on your overall physical, mental and emotional health?
The connection between the gut & brain is very complex and few people are aware that the balance of good gut bacteria over bad bacteria impacts everything from how you feel, to how you act and react to life's stimuli.
If you're feeding the bad bacteria in your gut, you'll actually find yourself feeling zapped of energy, low in mood, possibly even anxious, let alone a plethora of stomach related conditions and complaints!
ProBio-15 was designed to help address this complex problem…
ProBio-15 contains 15 BILLION organisms which are there to help improve your balance of “good” gut bacteria versus “bad” gut bacteria. Why is this important? It’s very simple, you digest food more easily and suffer with less bloating when you have more “good” bacteria.

Usually we recommend having one serving per day. The best time to do this would be upon waking to line your gut with all the goodness packed into each serving.
After this, you should consider eating more fibre and probiotic rich foods in your diet. The greater the diversity and mix you can consume throughout the week - the better. Throwing in a blend of fermented foods such as Kombucha, Kefir, Kimchi and Sauerkraut will go a long way to improving your gut health, and thus allowing you to absorb many more nutrients from the foods and supplements you consume on a regular basis.
Health Benefits of Fermented Foods such as Kombucha
There are many health benefits claimed of the miraculous fermented foods and in particular fermented green tea - Kombucha as it has been known. Many facts are justified and researched, and many are hocus pocus, or over exaggerated. One has to be mindful of this disinformation and not let it cloud the body of good evidence out there that shows the many positive health benefits of fermented Kombucha tea.
Many of the reported benefits of regularly drinking Kombucha tea include improvements in energy levels, metabolic disorders, allergies, digestive problems, candidiasis, hypertension, chronic fatigue and arthritis. It ‘s also used externally for skin problems and as a hair wash among other things.
An example of an excellent natural, fermented Kombucha tea you can buy in the UK is OMBucha™ we’re always keeping our eye on the latest research on Kombucha, and although it’s not as widely studied as fermented milk products like Kefir yet, we believe much more research will soon be on the horizon.
