FAST ACTING PROTEIN PROFILE:
GENETC MATRIX RECOVER 2.0 contains a strategic tri-protein-composite featuring ‘pre-digested’ Casein Hydrolysate & Whey Hydrolysate combined with Whey Protein Concentrate, that delivers an easily absorbed, ultra-fast acting and sustained amino-acid supply to recovering muscles. Protein hydrolysates have a special application in sports supplementation because their consumption allows amino acids to be absorbed by the body more rapidly than intact proteins, thus maximizing nutrient delivery to muscle tissues. Protein hydrolysates are enzymatically ‘pre-digested’ for maximal speed of absorption.
Following this immediate delivery of casein and whey hydrolysates, whey protein concentrate then extends the amino-acid delivery period to the body, peaking at around 1 hour following ingestion.
L-Leucine: L-Leucine is considered the most ‘anabolic’ amino acid and activates m-TOR, which is responsible for protein synthesis.
L-IsoLeucine: L-IsoLeucine increases the uptake of glucose in to the muscle cells.

Directions For Use:
Genetic Matrix Recover 2.0 is designed to be taken following workouts/training or intense competition. As a guide: People under 100kg: recommended 2 scoop serving. People over 100kg (or any body-weight following particularly heavy & intense exercise): recommended 3 scoop serving. Mix with 400-550ml water depening upon personal taste preference.
Notes on consumption: It is recommended the user waits approximately 30 minutes following training before consuming Matrix Recover 2.0. The body needs about half an hour or so to ‘stabilize’ after training. During this time, the body’s ability for carbs to invoke an insulin spike is negligible at best, so wait a while before using Matrix Recover 2.0.
