Whey Protein Isolate/Micellar Casein Blend:
A strategic timed release blend of fast & slow delivery proteins, Whey Protein Isolate and Micellar Casein (from Swiss grass-fed dairy cattle) ensure an instant & sustained release to the body. This combination gives a constant delivery of nutrients from ingestion up to 6-7 hours later. This protein combination contributes towards sustained growth, recovery and maintenance of lean muscle. Optima 2.0 Advanced also incorporates the prebiotic compound Inulin. Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a stable indole which promotes beneficial oestrogen metabolism in both men and women. Supplementing our diets with DIM is documented to shift the production of oestrogen metabolites away from dangerous 16-hydroxy type, in favour of beneficial 2-hydroxy type metabolites. DIM is also associated with encouraging active and healthy oestrogen metabolism, which published studies suggest may help resolve unwanted oestrogen dominance. DIM could also prove beneficial to those engaging in 'specialist supplementation' cycles.

Sweetened with Stevia / Reduced Sucralose:
Utilising the all-natural, zero Glycemic Index (GI), zero carb, zero calorie sweetener Stevia and reduced levels of Sucralose Genetic Optima 2.0 Advanced does not add excessive unwanted calories to the diet and is kinder to healthy gut bacteria.
*A very small amount of Sucralose is retained as in taste-tests it was found that utilising 100% Stevia left an unpleasant after taste. The level of Sucralose contained in Optima 2.0 Advanced is less than 0.25%
As with all Genetic Supplements products OPTIMA 2.0 ADVANCED does not contain any potentially dangerous sweeteners such as Acesulfame Potassium (Ace-K) or Aspartame.
Directions For Use:
Mix 2 scoops (57g) in 400-500ml of water. It is recommended advanced trainers and elite level athletes consume 2 servings per day depending upon individual requirements.
