Refund policy

Our returns policy is simple! You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to start a return if you feel the product you have ordered and received is not suitable for your use and you would like to return it to us for a refund.

If you wish to return it to us, you will need to contact us by email or by post at GNOC LTD Unit 10,  Sunflag Park, Belmont, Durham, DH1 1TN, United Kingdom.

You may cancel your contract with Genetic Supplements provided that you contact us within seven (7) working days from the day after the goods are delivered.

As your products have been despatched before you canceled your contract you must send the goods back to our returns address at your own cost and these items must be in a re-saleable condition with all tabs intact and all products unopened.

We must receive the returned items within 30 days from the date of delivery to you. Once your returned item(s) have been received & examined in our warehouse, we will process the refund and make the payment back to the original account used to purchase the items. Please allow up to 10 working days for this payment to show in your account. We are not able to process any refund until the goods have been received and we are unable to refund the cost of your postage.

When you send the items back, please include a covering note including your order number, name, and reason for return, or send us an email quoting your order number. Without your order number, we will be unable to refund you.


Please note that we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened or part-consumed.
