Creatine is a source of natural energy, similar to amino acids, that helps to give the cells in your muscles more energy during periods of intense training.


What does Creatine do?

When taken as a supplement creatine can boost your levels of phosphocreatine and ATP, which increases the amount of useful energy ion your cells. This enables more total work or volume during a single training session, improves cell signaling for muscle growth, maintenance and repair, raises anabolic hormones, increases cell hydration, lowers myostatin levels (which inhibits new muscle growth) and reduces protein breakdown.

Creatine in your body is 95% phosphocreatine, and stored in your muscles for use during metabolic processes and in movement.
